What is your Return Policy for items purchased online?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds for items returned within the 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. To complete your return you must enclose the merchandise, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of why the product was unsatisfactory. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What does “All Natural" mean?

The USDA defines “All Natural" as a product containing no artificial ingredients or additives and is only minimally processed.

Do your products contain sodium nitrite?

We do not include sodium nitrite in any of our products.

Are your products Gluten Free?

Thick-n-Zesty is the only flavor that is NOT Gluten Free. Even our Teriyaki flavor is Gluten Free because we use a Gluten Free soy sauce.
